The Mihan Foundation is a non-profit, non-stock corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware and in accordance with Section 501 (c) (3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code, as amended.

The Foundation is a cultural, educational and research organization which does not advance or publicly advocate any political, legislative and partisan programs or agendas.

Cash donations made by United States taxpayers to Mihan are tax deductible to the donor as a charitable donation under the appropriate provisions of the Internal Revenue Code.

If you are interested in becoming a member, we offer two categories: Regular Membership (US $120 per annum) and Student Membership (US $60 per annum). Please fill out our questionnaire and include a letter of intent along with your curriculum vitae. Student applicants should also enclose a copy of a valid school ID card. Applications will be reviewed by Mihan. Upon notice of approval, applicants will become members, subject to the payment of annual dues.

In order to assist the creation of the much needed bridges of communication among Iranians, Mihan plans to create a database on the expatriate community. We are including a questionnaire and we invite you to participate at your discretion in our survey. We welcome any additional information which you would like to share with us beyond what you will find in the form.
